New breed of agency is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to join their growing team.
If you’re passionate about digital marketing, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a hungry Social Media Executive to develop, implement, track and optimise our client’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with a big focus on Social Media content generation & acquisition.

What does a Social Media Executive do?

You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to hands-on implement social media campaigns. Social media executives will work closely with the digital marketing manager, ensuring that campaigns are implemented and tracked successfully.


  • Manage Facebook, Instagram & Twitter accounts for clients
  • Drive sales through social media platforms
  • Create engaging and relevant social media content for all social channels
  • Identify opportunities for social media marketing campaigns
  • Regularly report insights gained from social media to key stakeholders, pro-actively looking at ways to improve client accounts.
  • Manage social media relationships with clients
  • Manage paid social media campaigns
  • Develop social media strategies, focussing on content generation, user acquisition & engagement.
  • Generate, source and publish relevant, entertaining and insightful social/digital media content in relevant tone of voice to support the editorial & commercial goals of our clients
  • Design and edit a range of multimedia content (video, still images & all social media formats) for campaigns.
  • Work with wider team, management and clients to spot and develop social media trends, applying insight gained to clients
  • Work with team and management to develop creative social media marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Produce and manage written output for clients website.
  • Monitor audience engagement and feedback
  • Work to meet social growth, engagement and website traffic targets


  • 1-2 years proven working experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media campaigns, paid & organic
  • The ability to think creatively, producing new and original ideas to continuously deliver unique and engaging content
  • A strong awareness and understanding of current markets, trends and competitors’ actions
  • Able to move quickly and easily, embracing and responding to change
  • Experience of meeting set targets/deadlines and remain attentive and committed to the given task
  • Able to work independently and as a team in real time in response to the fast-paced sporting agenda, responding to breaking stories faster that rivals
  • Strong knowledge of a spectrum of social media channels
  • Understanding of current trends and what makes engaging content
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to think logically
  • Ability to research a subject / topic and present findings in a constructive manor
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ideally a working knowledge of use of photoshop, video editing software and graphic design platforms
  • An attention to detail in dealing with all matters and a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to use own initiative and make effective decisions
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills


  • Interested/ worked in either sports, fashion, e-commerce, food & drink
  • Agency experience
  • Immediate start
